Everyday life is abundant with beauty if we only take a moment to pause and observe. At a particularly hard time in my life, I made commitment to look for the beauty around me. I reminded myself beauty is not solely found in grand landscapes or picturesque scenes of far off places. It can be discovered in the smallest of moments. Using my camera, I am reminded to slow down, to pause, and to witness the beauty that exists in the simplest of places. My home, my walk, my town. In our everyday lives, beauty is often within reach, waiting to be embraced and cherished.
